Shipping and returned

The average times of packaging of the garments are about 15 working days, however they can dwell (about 21 working days) during the period of sales, promotions or holidays.
We are an artisan and sartorial reality where for every detail we dedicate the right time.
If you need to receive your package on a specific date, you can send an email to customer service before the elaboration of the order, we will confirm or not the possibility of returning and providing indications on what to specify in the notes for our laboratory

1. Shipping methods and costs

To offer you the best service and ensure you fast shipments, we chose GLS for shipments. The shipping costs are € 8 for Italy and from € 15 to € 30 for international shipments.

Your shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the checkout.

The expected shipping times are to be considered only as a guide and from the date of shipment we are not responsible for any delays caused by the credit cards authorization processes.

The order processing by the laboratory can take up to 8 working days.
Deliveries by the shipper in Italy have an average 2-3 working days, instead that of international orders have an average of 7/9 working days.
 
2. Payments
 
On our Maison Erika Marchini website we accept different payment methods that are:
Paypal(below we report the cards accepted by PayPal)

Klarna(you can pay comfortably in 3 installments)

We are committed to making you fully satisfied with the purchase you have made!
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order you can exercise your right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) working days from the day you received the products purchased on our site.
The return costs of the return are borne by the customer, therefore the entire amount of the bought garments will be refunded except the shipping cost that will still be paid by the customer.
The products to be made must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) working days from the date of their reception.
The products can be returned via shipping by courier of the seller (GLS), or through other shipper decided by the customer but only after contacting us half a mail (rei@maisonerikamarchini.com) and having received our reply.
If you have decided to use the courier of the seller (GLS) the cost of the return shipment is € 8
Conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
    
The right of withdrawal is intended to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are entirely respected:

The return will be accepted only if it respects the following parameters:
 
 
 
 
 
 

The possibility of withdrawing the garments is excluded if the garment has been customized or made "to measure" under the customer's request
    
If you have respected all the required conditions, the seller will refund you the price of the products purchased,remaining on the customer the shipping costs at the time of purchase (if present) and the return if you have chosen the shipment made with the seller shipping (GLS) as an option
 
3. Times and reimbursement methods

After receiving your return and checking that all the requirements have been respected, the seller will proceed with the refund in the shortest possible time, and in any case within fourteen (14) working days from receipt of the package. Then you will receive an email of confirmation of acceptance of the return with confirmation of the reimbursement.
The actual time for the re -credited or the return of the sums paid for for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:

1. TOConscious with credit/debt card: the reimbursement time depends on the credit/debt card management company, but normally takes place within two account extracts.


2. Purchase via PayPal: the refund will be made on your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual reimbursement on the credit card on your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
 
3. Purchase via Klarna: the refund will normally be made from 2 to 5 working days on the credit or debt card with which it has been registered. The refund will give rise to a return of the amount you have already paid.
